GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING

1st.- Legal Framework:

/, hereby details the general terms and conditions of contracting for the products and/or services offered through it, which generate the rights and obligations of the parties.

2nd.- Identification:

These General Terms and Conditions of Contracting (hereinafter referred to as "Conditions") regulate the relationship between RAFI TEXTIL DTT 3.8 SLU (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the customers (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), regarding all transactions carried out through the online store website.

2.2.- The User::

The term "User" refers to the internet user who acquires such status by registering on the website, using a form and being assigned a username and password, for which they are fully responsible for use and custody. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the Provider, as we will see in the User Registration section.

3rd.- Acceptance::

By accepting these Conditions, the User declares:

1. That they are a person with legal capacity to contract under current regulations.

2. That they have read and accept these Conditions.

4th.- Availability::

The User will have access, prior to initiating the product contracting procedure, to the conditions at all times. They can be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium.

5th.- Validity or Duration:

The validity or duration of these Conditions and specific conditions of contracting will be the period during which they are published on the mentioned website and will be applicable from the moment the User uses the website and/or proceeds to contract any products.

6th.- Modifications:

The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without affecting goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification by the User.

The User agrees to carefully read the contracting conditions each time they contract a product, as they may have been modified since their last access.

7th.- Nullity:

If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity will only affect that provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, with the rest of the Conditions remaining in force.

8th.- Object of the Contract:

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between the Provider and the User at the time the User accepts the purchase during the online contracting process, through the mechanisms described below.

The contractual relationship of sale involves the delivery, in exchange for a specified price publicly displayed on the website, of one or several specific products. Each of these products may be subject to specific regulations through the specific conditions of contracting for each of them, which will be further detailed in the warranty, returns, withdrawal, or in the product's technical specifications, due to the different formats in which the products are marketed, their packaging, or their nature.

9th.- User Registration:

The User can register on the website by clicking on the "Create an Account" section/button. They will need to provide the required personal data by completing a questionnaire. Registering as a User of the store will grant them access to the website, the purchase of products, and the receipt of newsletters/informational emails about the company and its products, provided the client gives their positive consent by accepting the corresponding checkbox.

The user will choose a username and a password, committing to use them diligently and not make them available to third parties. They also agree to notify the Provider immediately in case of loss, theft, or unauthorized access by a third party, so that the Provider can immediately block access. The user is fully responsible for their use and custody, and for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the Provider.

The user cannot choose as a username words that aim to confuse others by identifying them as a member of the Provider, nor use offensive or obscene expressions, or expressions contrary to the law or moral standards.

10th.- Geographic Scope:

This website, https://supratex.es/, operates and sells only within the national territory. Hereinafter, this geographic area will be referred to as "the Territory." Therefore, shipments and product distribution are only carried out within the Territory. The use of this website, as well as any purchases made on it, are considered to be made in Spain and therefore
subject to Spanish laws and regulations. The Provider does not accept or deliver orders outside the mentioned Territory.

The above information is subject to change if we decide to offer these services in excluded areas in the future. In such cases, it will be announced in advance on this website.

11th.- Product Information:

The Provider pays great attention to the information regarding the characteristics of the products, using technical descriptions provided by collaborating companies and manufacturers, as well as photographs that illustrate the products. All of this is done within the limits of the technology and in compliance with market standards.

This product description will include a contact form for obtaining more detailed information. Alternatively, there may be a link to expand the information whenever possible.

12th.- Taxes, Currency, and Shipping Costs:

The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are expressed in Euros (€). Unless expressly stated otherwise, these prices do not include shipping costs or any other additional services related to the purchased product.

13th.- Contract Language:

The contracting process and pre-contractual information are in Spanish, and this language will be used for the contract.

14th.- Steps of the Contracting / Purchase Process.

14.1.- Registration:

After successful registration, the username and access password will be automatically assigned based on the user's previous choices.

Once registered, the user can log in with their username and password to access the control panel of their profile and manage the functions provided by the website's provider, such as:

- Streamlining the purchasing process when placing an order.
- Checking the status of their orders.
- Viewing past orders.
- Making changes to their account information.
- Changing their password.
- Saving alternate addresses (for multiple shipments to family and friends).

After completing the registration, the user can proceed to purchase the product(s).

14.2.- Purchase Process:

The purchase process is easy and straightforward.

- Select the desired product(s) in Spanish, customize them according to their characteristics, choose the desired quantity, and add them to the shopping cart by clicking the "Go to Checkout" button. Register your data if you haven't done so already.
- Indicate the preferred shipping method, either in-store pickup or through Seur.
- Review the shipping costs, which can be found in the corresponding table in the Shipping Costs section.
- All prices will be in Euros (€) and include taxes.
- Choose the payment method: bank transfer, cash on delivery, PayPal, or credit card (Redsys).
- If the payment platform reports a credit card denial, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be informed of the cancellation on the screen and at that moment.
- Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside Spanish territory.
- Complete your order from the shopping cart by clicking the "Go to Checkout" button.
- Depending on the chosen option, PayPal or credit card, the payment window of the selected bank entity will appear.
- Wait to receive our confirmation email, which will include a summary of the purchase and the order number.
- If you have chosen to pick up your order in-store, remember to bring your ID. If someone else is going to pick up the order on your behalf, they will need to bring an authorization letter from you, a photocopy of your ID, and the order number.

Provisions to consider during the purchase process.

15th.- Product Availability:

The purchase of products is subject to their availability, and if this is not reflected, the customer will be notified directly.

16th.- Types of Products:

The website offers a wide variety of top brands at competitive prices in the hospitality equipment sector, including table linens, bath linens, bedding, healthcare, decoration, categorized for easy searching, and with a search field for
more direct product searches.

17º.- Maximum Order Amount:

There is no maximum order amount.

18º.- How to Modify or Cancel My Order:

Before finalizing the order, you can search for the new product you want to purchase on the website and add it to your cart. To cancel an order after making a purchase, you can cancel it with a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

- The order has not left our warehouses.
- If the order has already left our warehouses, you have 14 calendar days to return it, assuming the shipping costs.
To request the cancellation of your order, you must fill out the form found in the "Contact" section of the website, indicating:

- Order number
- Name
- Last name
- ID number
- Email

You can also contact our customer service directly by phone using the provided contact information in section 27, indicating that you want to cancel your order. We will inform you whether it is possible to cancel it or if a return is required. In the latter case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Once the data is verified and the aforementioned conditions are met, the refund will be processed to the same credit/debit card used for the purchase within 24-48 business hours.

19º.- Shipping Costs, Methods, and Delivery Time:

Shipping costs will be handled by the provider's transport company and will follow the rates specified in the following table:

- Courier
- Up to €400: €9
- Over €400: €0

The shipping method can be to a home address or to a physical store. The option to collect the order at the provider's home address will not be available in the future.

The order will be shipped to the address provided during the purchase. The provider does not guarantee delivery to postal mailboxes.

20º.- Delivery Time:

The time between placing the order and the first delivery attempt by the transport company to the specified address consists of two factors:

1. Preparation time for shipping (24 to 48 hours): includes validation and verification of your data and payment, order preparation, and collection by the transport company.
2. Transport and delivery time: you will be notified by email with the shipment details and the estimated delivery date provided by the transport company. The expected delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days.

The chosen payment method may affect the delivery time as it influences the verification process.

If you do not receive a package within the indicated timeframe, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier, which may take several days (approximately 14 business days). During this period, no resend or refund of the order can be processed.

We advise you to carefully check the package upon receipt to ensure that everything is in accordance with your order and that the packaging is in perfect condition. If you find any discrepancies or damage, please contact our Customer Service, as indicated in section 27.

The products sent by the providers do not include installation instructions or assistance with product operation.

21º.- Invoice:

Where can I check my invoice?

If you want to check the invoice for any of your orders:

1. Go to the "My Account" area of your profile's control panel, located in the upper right corner of our website. 2. In the "Order History and Details" section, click on "Invoice."

22º.- Value Added Tax (VAT):

In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

23º.- Payment Methods:

The User can choose from the following payment methods:

A) Credit/Debit Card:

You can use the following credit cards:

- Redsys (SERVIRED/SERMEPA)

Once you have validated all the information about your purchase (items, shipping method, delivery address, and billing address), a new page will appear for you to choose the desired payment method and enter your details.

If the payment platform reports a credit card denial, the order will be automatically canceled, and you will be informed of the cancellation at that moment.

Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside Spanish territory.

Your card details will not be stored in our database. When you enter your card details, it will be in the secure web page of the chosen bank entity.

Your card details are protected at all times thanks to the secure servers of the banking entities that use SSL encryption in their communications.

B) PayPal:

You can make the payment for your purchase through PayPal. When choosing PayPal as the payment method, the billing address
indicated above will be ignored, and the address registered in your PayPal account will be used
for billing purposes.

C) Bank Transfer:

You must make the transfer to the account that will be provided to you.

It is important to indicate the order number as the concept of the transfer.

D) Cash on Delivery:

The customer will make the full payment in cash at the time of delivery of the goods at the designated location. The Provider reserves the ownership of the item and retains full ownership until full payment is received from the customer, including any errors made by the seller or carrier.

Please note that not all items are eligible for cash on delivery. This payment method is not available for personalized items.

Cash on delivery orders will incur a surcharge of +2% of the total order amount.

24º.- General Provisions on the Payment Process:

The payment order given by the User implies the adherence to these General Conditions as well as the specific conditions of the order.

For any chosen payment method, all payments are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the intervening financial entities or secure payment platforms (e.g., Visa, PayPal, etc.).

Once the payment is successfully made, the User will receive a confirmation email that will confirm the essential conditions of the transaction:

- Services contracted and description of the service.

- Products sent to the specified address.

- The confirmation email will include the product invoice, which can be used to request the corresponding warranty from the merchant upon receipt of the order.

The promotional offer redeemable for a discount on the purchase of a service or product will be included in the confirmation email, along with all the necessary information and the order code. If the User wishes to obtain an invoice for a product or service purchased from a third party, the Provider will provide the contact information of the corresponding customer service
department to request the invoice.

Through the website, the User will always have access to the information on their orders and their corresponding invoices for the purchases made.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in the event of indications of fraudulent transactions, and will report any suspicious behavior to the competent authorities for fraud prevention.

If a product or service is not available after placing the order, the User will be notified by email of the total or partial cancellation, and a full or partial refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.

25º.- Returns of Defective, Damaged, Incorrect Products, or Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

Once you have received your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return your purchase, provided that the product has not been used, retains its original packaging, manuals, and all original accessories or promotional gifts, if any, within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

Please note that when exercising your right of withdrawal, a refund will be issued for the amount paid for the purchased product(s), including the purchase amount and, if applicable, the delivery costs in the least expensive ordinary delivery method. If you choose the option of product pickup at your
residence, the costs of the pickup will be borne by the customer (according to the shipping company's rates based on the product type and destination).

Items cannot be returned, exercising the right of withdrawal, if they have been opened, the original packaging has been tampered with, or if the item is personalized for the customer. In such cases, the return of the product will not be accepted, and the value of the item may be subject to depreciation.

If the product requires opening and use to determine if it functions properly, the Provider will require that the returned product be in perfect condition, including all elements, packaging, and wrappers.

And you must also make sure that:

a) The products are not been used incorrectly or negligently, has not been handled improperly or recklessly and has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions.

b) Product has not been involved in any accident or has been damaged when trying to repair or modify it.

c) It has not been used in a manner contrary to what is established by the manufacturer in the Product instructions.

d) Products are not deteriorated due to natural wear and tear after receipt.

In case the product does not meet any of the mentioned requirements, the Provider may, at its discretion, refuse to repair or replace the product or refund the paid amount. The customer may also be requested to cover all transportation and inspection costs based on the current standard rates. For this refund, the mentioned costs may
be charged to the customer's credit or debit card or using the provided payment details at the time of placing the order.

In the case of a defective product, the Provider will proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract resolution, which will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

If the product or its packaging has suffered any damage or is not in its original condition upon return, the value of the item may be subject to depreciation.

This provision does not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation.

In the cases in which you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, is a product damaged during shipment, or is incorrect, you must contact us immediately through our contact form, providing the product data as well as the damage it suffers, or
either by calling the number 957134466 during our previously mentioned customer service hours or the 27th Customer Service epigraph.

Once the return request has been examined, and the appropriate checks have been made, prior confirmation via e-mail, we will proceed to collect the product, at the place of delivery.

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if it is appropriate to return or replace it (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to a proven flaw or defect, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. The return will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.

The rights recognized by current legislation are protected.

The exchange of an item for a different one will not be accepted, in this case, it must be returned and a new purchase made.

The return of a product purchased on the web can be done in the following way:

1. Through a request for collection at your home, which you can do by sending an email requesting the return with your contact information and order number or by contacting our customer service through the information provided in Section 27, and we will send you a return form that you must send completed in order to send a transport to your home for collection.

Any return of the purchased items must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note or return form duly completed.

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact our Customer Service at the number provided in section 27 or send an email to tobias@rafitextil.com. We will be happy to assist you in rectifying the error.

26º.- Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

- Products that cannot be returned due to hygienic or health protection reasons if they have been unsealed by you after delivery or if they have become inseparably mixed with other products.

- Products that can deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g., food, nutrition products, perishable or date-limited products) or that may undergo alterations in their nature through handling.

- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

27º.- Customer Service: Help, Suggestions, and Complaints:

At any time, you can contact our Customer Service for assistance, suggestions, or complaints by writing to tobias@rafitextil.com or by calling 957134466 (standard rate) from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

28º.- Product Warranty:

All items offered on our website have the manufacturer's official warranty under legally established terms, valid for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

This 2-year warranty period, starting from the delivery of the product, does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, impacts, incorrect use, or improper handling, improper installations not performed by authorized technical services when applicable, etc., nor materials that have worn out due to use.

The Provider reserves the right to request verification of the origin of the problem from an authorized service technician. If a defect is found to be caused by external factors, the repair will be chargeable. In cases that justify the application of the warranty, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund will be chosen, in accordance with legally established terms.

To make a warranty claim, please contact customer service via telephone or email, where you will be informed of the process to follow.

29º.- Rights of the Provider:

- Maintain, modify, or suspend the website without prior notice.
- Modify the prices of offers.
- Reject orders due to lack of stock or customer non-payment.
- Deny access to the computer tools to customers who fail to comply with these conditions.
- Receive the payment for customer purchases once the transaction is accepted. Reserve the ownership and retain full ownership of the item until full payment is received from the customer.
- Not reproduce, sell, or dispose of the information published by the Provider in all its contents without explicit permission from the company itself.
- Correct or amend human or computer errors.

30º.- Limitation of Liability:

All information provided by the User to the Provider through the corresponding forms must be truthful. It is the User's responsibility to keep the provided data properly updated. In any case, the Provider disclaims any liability for damages or losses caused as a result of
providing false, insufficient, inaccurate, or incorrect information.

Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, adequacy, and updating of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms.

In no event does the information provided by the Provider constitute the provision of official medical or pharmaceutical advice.

The Provider will not be responsible in cases where parents, guardians, or legal representatives of underage or incapacitated Users authorize access, provision of personal information, or use of the website or the contracting of any products or services provided through the applications or web platform. It is the responsibility of the aforementioned parents, guardians, or legal representatives to supervise the access and use of the minor or incapacitated individual regarding the purchase of products and services provided through https://supratex.es/.

The Users' access to the Contents does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to control the absence of viruses or computer elements that may have any harmful effect on the User's computer equipment. In any case, it is the User's responsibility to have the necessary tools to detect such viruses or harmful computer elements. Consequently, the Provider will not be liable for any possible damage caused to Users' computer equipment or to third parties during access to the Contents.

The Provider will not be liable for interruptions that may occur in the electrical or telecommunications services preventing Users from using the offered services.

31º.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in cases not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute arising from the provision of the products or services covered by these Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile.

In the event that the user's domicile is outside Spain, the Provider and the user expressly waive any other forum and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Provider's domicile.
