These General Terms and Conditions of Contract (hereinafter referred to as "conditions") aim to regulate the access and purchasing process of products and services from RAFI TEXTIL DTT, S.L.U. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"), located at Pol. Ind. San Roque, Parcela 12-13, 14460. Dos Torres (Córdoba), and VAT number: B14546980, by the user, through the website https://supratex.es/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACTING

These general sales conditions strictly apply to all product sales carried out in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, by the company. Any order placed with the company implies, as an essential, decisive, and indispensable condition, the customer's unconditional acceptance of the current General Sales Conditions of the company on the day the corresponding order is placed.

By accepting these conditions, the customer guarantees to be over 18 years of age and not to have any legal restrictions on contracting the goods and services offered by the company.

To acquire products and/or services, it is exclusively required to fill out the purchase form with personal and payment information.

From the moment of acceptance, the user becomes a customer of the company, accepting each and every one of the conditions as displayed on the Website and ensuring that they are a person with the legal capacity to contract. They also acknowledge that they have read and understood these conditions, which will be sent to them by email upon completing the purchase. The company will not archive the electronic contract. These conditions will be permanently accessible.

Any product offered subsequently by the company must be subject to a new contract, and the company reserves the right to modify these conditions whenever there is a cause or reason for doing so. For this reason, the user must carefully read the conditions each time they proceed to contract a product or service.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHOD

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the Website/contract at the time of the order. All prices and fees include applicable taxes. The company reserves the right to modify prices and descriptions of products or services when deemed appropriate.

The payment methods are as follows:

Credit Card Payment

Pay with your credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard...) Secure connection with Redsys.

Bank Transfer Payment

If you choose this payment method during the process, your order will remain pending until receiving payment information from the bank. The delivery period starts from this date. At the end of the purchase process, you will receive an email with the details and confirmation of the order, along with the following bank details for you to make the bank transfer:

PayPal Payment.

Rafi Textil also allows the use of PayPal's quick purchase service. After clicking the PayPal button, the payment validation or acceptance takes place on PayPal's secure and encrypted computer system. Rafitextil is not responsible for its proper functioning.
